2011 USCHS SUMMER LEADERSHIP PROGRAM
Do you think developing leadership skills in students is important? Well, the administration at Upper St. Clair High School does! The high school will be conducting the second annual USCHS Leadership Academy this July, and it is offered to all high school students. The USCHS Leadership Academy is a one-week summer workshop offering students exposure to leadership concepts and practices. Students will identify their leadership strengths and learn how these skills can be used to make them successful in all stages of life. Through experiential learning strategies, group projects, and hands-on activities, students will experience the application of leadership skills, building confidence in their abilities and enhancing their capacity to serve in leadership roles. Students will leave the USCHS Leadership Academy with a Personalized Leadership Plan to assist with future development of their leadership skills.
Who can attend?
Any student who is interested in building his or her leadership skills is welcome to sign up for the Leadership Academy.
